Shipping and returns
Each roll of wallpaper is printed exclusively for you, and as it is made to order, delivery times are extended.
We ship our orders within 20 days. You can always track your order by contacting us by email with the tracking number that you will receive once the order has been shipped.
Shipping
Unless unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances occur, we will send you the order consisting of the product/s listed above within the period indicated above and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. Please note, however, that we do not deliver to your home on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. For the purposes of these Conditions, ‘delivery’ or the order shall be deemed to have taken place or to have been ‘delivered’ at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, as evidenced by the signature of the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.In the event of delay, no claims for damages can be made under any circumstances.

Deliveries outside the Iberian Peninsula

The aforementioned delivery time of 20 days is for orders within the Peninsula.
For shipments to the rest of the world, islands or remote locations, additional shipping days must be taken into account.
The estimated time also does not take into account possible delays due to customs procedures.
In case of delay, no damages can be claimed under any circumstances.
Returns
Our products are made by and for you, always make sure you take the right measurements, we will only accept the return if it is a manufacturing defect of the product.In this case, send us an email to natuendo@gmail.com within a period not exceeding 10 calendar days from receipt of the product and we will contact you to solve it as soon as possible.
In the email you must include: Clear definition of the defect Order number Include photos or samples of the defects
Defective products must not be manipulated or destroyed, but must be kept in good condition with their complete original packaging. The customer shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to the origin. It may be sent by the transport company of your choice. If the defect is the result of a production error (for example, the final print does not match the project validated by the customer in graphic terms), the reprinting and subsequent delivery will be the responsibility of Casa Natuendo.

If the defect is the result of customer error (mismeasurement, error in selecting the desired quality, failure to check a confirmation email, etc.) reprinting and subsequent delivery shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Claim for Wallpaper
We are not responsible for the product once it has been installed, so once you have received your wallpaper it is essential to check:
that none of the rolls are damaged, that the wallpaper and its colour are correct.that all the rolls are the same colour.that the installer has taken into account the installation instructions indicated on the roll or on our website.
Casa Natuendo cannot be held responsible for visible defects once the wallpaper has been installed. After having installed 3 or 4 strips (maximum 1 roll), the installer must check the result to ensure that there are no defects.No complaint will be considered if several rolls have been laid with the same defect.In case of a defect, please send a complaint by email to info@casanatuendo.es within 10 days after receipt of the papers.
If one of our products has a defect, we will exchange it or return it at our expense, shipping costs included.
In case of defective wallpaper, Casa Natuendo's liability is limited to the maximum value of the wallpaper invoiced and cannot in any case extend to any other reimbursement (labour, supplies, damages, etc.).

These Terms and Conditions also serve to inform the customer of the conditions and measures necessary for the processing and follow-up of the order. Casa Natuendo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
